Asked question about my payment to them through email. Over a month later recieved followup email saying i needed to call customer service and talk to them. I resolved the issue without there help within 2 days of my email to them. Terriable customer service. My bank was right on it and helped me to resolve the issue. GM financial has terriable customer service.

Online bill pay doesn't show correct amount until after due date, and western union speed pay (th company GM hired to process there online payments) doesn't allow to pay over the amount due. Customer reps stated it does, but there's a bug. They won't acknowledge the situation and just yell at me on the phone. Great truck, terrible customer service.
