Bad business Gm Financial
I bought my car in December. My first payment is due 02/06/2018.
Well I haven't received a payment notice, or a payment book like i was told I would. Tried to set up an online account because you can't reach them by phone. Still waiting on the activation link email, which still isn't here. At least I have an account number and can mail them a check with my acct.
# on it. But this is real business for GM Financial..
In today's day and age of technology, what company does this and messes up this bad??? Shame on GM!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Have GM Fix their phones and website!!.

It's nice to read a reasonable complaint from a rational person.
Most of the writers herein would have used this as an excuse to withhold payments and then complain when the late fees add up and the vehicle has been repossessed.
I think I'd mail that via Certified Mail return receipt requested if I were you.
