I moved in August. I changed banks.

I notified GM Financial of the bank change. In both September and October the debited my payment from both the new and the old checking accounts. Now I am out over $723.00. GM Financial augguested on chat that I could get my money back by talking to my Bank...really?

I asked to have a supervisor call me twice. Nothing. No response. I asked them in writing to refund the over payments to my new Checking account.

No response. I am a 69 year old retiree. I need this money back now.

These are the poorest excuse for customer service reps that I have ever seen. The leadership of GM Financial has created a terrible culture of disrespect
