"which I had no idea." What do you mean you had no idea. Did you not pay your car note for at least 3 months?

Did your bank account have more money in it than it should have? C'mon...Be real... You know full well if you pay that note, they'll come to get your car and everything in it. Only a fool, who is not paying their car note would leave ANYTHING in it including meds and gifts.

So what did you do, miscalculate the number of payments you needed to make to keep them away? Typical serial deadbeat, whining about a situation you caused. Forget it...That stuff is gone. The car is probably 3 states away by now.

Try to not be stupid the next time.. And remember, "it ain't no joke if you don't pay that note."

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Ben Dunlap head of account on boarding sees the fails by his team in my situation and has rectified to my satisfaction..

No help for the simplest task after 5 calls

This company is useless and has wasted hours of my time. I am asking for the simplest, most mundane request of a summary of taxes Ive paid so far to be emailed to me. *** Ill even take snail Mail. After speaking to an agent after the fifth call over a series of weeks, she apologized profusely and guaranteed Id get a correspondence in ONE business today. Today is Wednesday and she promised that on Friday. Im on hold again getting my time wasted and becoming angrier. This company is trash.

Key questions

The vehicle title of which I paid cash for on the 18th of June and have yet to receive the title. Tom Gill Chevrolet in florence Ky has promised me numerous times that it is in the works. Tom Gill has told me that you are the reason I have not received the title!!! Please can someone enlighten me as to what in the world is going on?

I'm very mad because I paid off my account 6 months early but it's reported to the credit bureau account closed and my credit score went down 28 points

GM Financial mailed my title to the wrong address and refuse to correct it.

My GM Financial loan has been paid in full. They mailed the title to my physical address while they had a mailing address on my loan. I do not have mail delivery at my rural home. They refuse to mail the title to my mailing address or to ship one using FEDEX or UPS. They have an obligation to provide me with my title once this loan was paid in full.

User's recommendation: Do not use this means of financing. Their customer service is terrible!!!!

Resolved: Problem fixed

Corporate Office resolved it and I thanked them. But as stated should not have had to call them but after over a week of trying to get help and about 20 phone calls later to GM phone number for customer service I had no choice as it involved access to online payment function. I was NOT paying extra $10.00 fee because no one could help me gain access online..

I finally! got help by calling GM Financial Corporate Office to get help to access my account online. BUT It should not have been necessary for me to have had to go to corporate. customer service reps should have had this knowledge.

End of lease

Leased another GM vehicle , they still charged me a disposition fee. 3 days late returning it. Waited 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone, asked for supervisor, no one answered in 40 minutes.

Disheartened with 52 years of loyalty, GM lets me down.

We made arrangements to pay thru the bank and was charged $7.50 to make my payments for my car. It is very disheartening as a long standing GM patron to be charged for this fee.

Excess wear and tear charges

vehicle returned pristine with 20k less miles than lease allowed. Charged an excess wear and tear for a dent/ding that occurred AFTER lease check in. Attempted to resolve with GM Financial and BBB, but the lease agreement gives them the ability to legally charge (Steal) from a consumer. Shame on you GM Financial, Shame on YOU!

User's recommendation: Do not sign a lease agreement with GM Financial, read posted reviews and you will see that charges after returns are commonplace for them, and it is legal for them to charge no matter what, even though its not right!!

Reviews of GM Financial charging for fees, excess wear and tear, etc after lease returns are building up online. Consumers are not sitting by and letting this large corporation legally steal from them, ruin their credit, and dismiss their claims. Unethical, Immoral, just bad business.
