Make payments on line we have confirmation #, they say they don’t receive payments, try to charge late fees, can’t get through phone lines, reps are rude, they make excuses, worst loan company ever .

Gm Financial - Worst service ever

They do not answer phones, have been calling for over a week. Tried to set up account online, website doesnt let you. Will be paying off loan early and never buying another gm product again. The worst finance dept I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
