After Pay-Off

I switched my loan to a different financial company. Received an email on 7/30/22 saying my title paperwork was on the way. As of 8/26/22 I have not received the p/w. Signed in to account online at 11:56 a.m. to message customer service, but receive a message to contact during service hours. Tried to contact through customer service number listed, put on hold for excessive amount of time. Went back online to register a complaint but, received message the complaint could not be submitted.

User's recommendation: If customer service is important to you, this is not the company.

Find out why my $14,905 check wasn't added to my car payment

Why its still saying I owe money after I paid vehicle off. I have been trying to fix this matter since last month. They have no numbers to Texas office which I feel is not good since this is where we payoff them vehicles and should be able to verify if checks are received. I dont want my car repo after payoff

Takes for ever to get a person on the phone to answer a simple question. No one comes to tell you how long you have to wait. You just sit on hold. Like they are hoping you hang up.

Poor customer service. Too difficult to reach a representative. No updates on waiting time. Horrible music to listen to as you wait. A company could make a killing these days by just having a real person

Very difficult time contacting

Used chat, called three times, and my credit union called, I still cant find out what to do to get a copy of my title to buy my leased truck. Last call I was cut off and they never returned my call after asking if they could contact me at this number, may have to try corporate office or lawyer.

Please let me know via email where to send canceled check copy. This account needs to be closed. I have not used this credit card since February. Thank you. I have tried to transition this account MANY times with no success. I realize complications will arise. I am sorry that the problems are beyond my comprehension.

Returning calls

Tried to return calls. They were calling for my dad who doesnt hear well especially over phone. Without account number or SS number they could not help me when I was trying to resolve whatever problem they were calling about. I tried. However when they were calling they were not clearly speaking and phone numbers were not clear at all. Left two different numbers but not complete numbers. Had to google an 800 number. Very disappointed. My email doesnt work but had to put one in anyway.

GM finance customer support

I am a retired G.M. Executive . I must say GM Financial has very poor customer service. The wait time for a phone call usually exceeds 1hour. The representatives are not knowledgeable. I purchased a car at end of lease and the G.M. Signature was not notarized. Have called and talked to 4 different people and still cannot get a title that I paid $20,000 for 3 mos.ago. Do not use

Never took the lean off my car

From the start of my lease GM Financial has made a mess of my account. Wrong statements and unknown fees. I had to send them documentation to resolve their issues. Numerous calls unanswered, no way to Email them, untrained staff are only some of the issues. Now at the end of my lease I am looking for a payoff amount and have received three different amounts for the same date. No one answers the phone and wait times are so long that you know there is no staff to help you. Do not do business with GM. Worst customer service I have ever had from any company. Buy a Yogo before you get into this black hole with GM Financial.

I'd say my average hold time to just have someone answer the phone is at least 20 minutes every time.
