Gm Financial - Customer service people have attitudes!!!
I was trying to find out if my car had been paid off from a total loss. They found could care less. One C/S person was rude. Said I didn’t have priority over over payments. I never said I did. Just want this off my credit so u can get another vehicle. They could care less how I feel. Waited over 20 minutes just to get someone who did nothing to help me!!!

Gm Financial - They dont car about their customers, just the money.
My husband had a brain hemorrhage. He was left unable to drive/work. We had 18 months left on his lease. GM financial wouldn't take the lease early for us and were quite rude when we asked my other companies have hardship and they do not. So we're left with a truck sitting in our driveway and 377.00 a month paying. They lost a customer of 34 years.
